We appreciate your purchase of the Xylus Chair. Please carefully read and understand our policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. No Returns: Once the Xylus Chair has been purchased and delivered, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect the chair upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
2. No Refunds: All sales of the Xylus Chair are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
